Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that the registration mark and customisation details supplied are accurate.

You must provide the requested proof of identity and proof that you are entitled to use the registration mark. We may delay, refuse or cancel production where the required information is missing, unclear or cannot be approved.

We will not produce any plate where we reasonably believe doing so would be unlawful.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Payment is taken when you place your order. Any delivery charge, where applicable, is shown before checkout.

Custom-made plates

All plates are made to the customer’s specification. Please check all details carefully before submitting your order.

Our cancellation, return and refund rules are set out in our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses only. Standard delivery is free and normally takes 3–5 working days after order approval, production and dispatch.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect orders

If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us at contact@llaplates.co.uk. Customers may choose a free replacement or full refund in accordance with our Returns and Refunds Policy and their statutory rights.

Privacy

We process personal information in line with our Privacy Policy. This includes the registration details and documents provided to process a number-plate order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
