How your LLA Plates order is produced, dispatched and delivered.
Next Day Delivery — £5.99. FREE Delivery on all orders over £55. We ship across the UK.
Every plate is made to order. Standard orders go into production after payment. Road Legal orders go into production once we've received and checked the documentation we request from you after ordering.
Order before 12:00 PM (Monday–Saturday) for same-day dispatch. Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on Sundays will be dispatched on the next working day. Dispatch timeframes are estimates, not guarantees.
Where the courier provides tracking, we'll email you a tracking link once your order is on its way. Please check your junk/spam folder if you don't see it.
If your parcel arrives damaged, or hasn't turned up in a reasonable time, contact us at contact@llaplates.co.uk or 07477 377540 with your order number and (for damage) photos. We'll work with the courier to resolve it and, where the claim is valid, repair, replace or refund the order in line with your statutory rights.
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect, no one was available to accept it, or the courier's redelivery attempts fail, we may need to charge for redelivery.
